1. Does it means that I must define the E2 in additional files and built
it in the .sumocfg file? If I* DO NOT* define the E2 file, the TRACI
commands
********************************************************
raci.trafficlight.getRedYellowGreenState
traci.trafficlight.getControlledLinks
********************************************************
could *NOT* be called by TRACI.

2. It means it has just finished the movement in the last stepLength, and
the next step movement has not been implemented? like the time *t2* ?
------------- t1---------------*t2*-----------------t3---------------
________ __________ ___________ ________

------------- <StepLength>< StepLength>-------------

Thanks !
