Hi,
for a single intersection you only need the cycle adaption script. It
will generate a new traffic light program which you can load as an
additional file. The easiest way to compare the scenarios is to have a
look at the total time loss as printed by --duration-log.statistics but
you may need other measurements depending on your application.
