Hi Christian, the tutorial is currently incomplete and does not have the associated files in the repository because the network used is not freely available. Concerning the second question. DFROUTER is currently not able to generate person trips or person flows as output. So while you can use person counts as input and probably even get meaningful routes in pedestrian networks because dfrouter ignores the vclass (which is not optimal, see https://github.com/eclipse/sumo/issues/5698), you will not be able to generate a pedestrian demand without postprocessing.
