From the documentation <https://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/SUMO>, it seems that
every command line argument is followed by a value. This includes
no-step-log:
*traci.start(["sumo", "-c", "test.sumocfg", /"--no-step-log", "true"/,
"-W", "FILEPATH", "--duration-log.disable"],label="master")*
I explicitly set it like this in my own script at it omits the step output.
