If you can compute the paths yourself, then you can specify them at startup. Alternatively - use shortest path-routing with randomized edge weight ( https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/Demand/Automatic_Routing.html#randomness, https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/Simulation/Randomness.html#further_sources_of_randomness - use marouter to compute path alternatives ( https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/MAROUTER.html)
