To repeat the simulation with variations you can call it with different values for --seed or with option --random (see https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/Simulation/Randomness.html). To separate the output files of each run automatically, set option --output-prefix TIME. You will need to perform the statistical analysis of the relevant output data yourself.
