Hy, i m new to SUMO and im working on a project that will control traffic light signals dynamically.i want that i will create a program that take video as input in matlab and matlab will detect the number of cars in a road these number of cars become the input of SUMO and control the scenario. is it possible ? please help me to understand what steps i should take to proceed.
