There is no traci call for this (though the suggestion is sensible - https://github.com/eclipse/sumo/issues/6507) A work-around is to record the initial battery charge for every vehicle. >From this you can compute to consumption so far and thus the average consumption per distance which you can use for forecasting. regards, Jakob
