The minimum lateral speed is affected by: - lcAccelLat (lower values cause lower speeds at the start and end of the maneuver) - step-length (lower step lengths cause lower speeds at the start and end of the maneuver ) - maneuver distance (lower values for --lateral-resolution, increase the likelihood of tiny maneuvers)
