Hello,
there should be no obstacle to attaching python clients and C++ clients
simultaneously to a simulation. See
https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/TraCI.html#multiple_clients
The vehicle types are loaded into the simulation runtime and are not
restricted for use by a specific client.
