Hello,
1) in your second sumocfg no route file is being loaded and therefore you
have no vehicles
2) I recommend that you rebuild your network with the recommend options for
importing OSM data:
https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/Networks/Import/OpenStreetMap.html#recommended_netconvert_options
(alternatively, use osmWebWizard which does this automatically)
3) I recommend that you generate your randomTrips with the option
--junction-taz (see https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/Simulation/Turnarounds.html)
