Hello, I am interested in using SUMO as part of a traffic optimization project involving heuristic search and machine learning. The documentation hints at the option of accessing SUMO in C++ directly - without socket communication - which would be ideal for maximizing speed, but I couldn't find any code samples or direct-access API documentation.
