Please run the simulation with option --emission-output emissions.xml and post the contents of the generated file emissions.xml
Note, that the PHEMLight loader interprets the class 'PHEMlight/PC_D_EU4_FC' as 'PHEMlight/PC_D_EU4' so the 'FC' suffix is silently ignored. Am So., 5.
