Hello Radha, I don't know if I understand your question correctly, but if you want to estimate the real number of vehicles arriving at the intersection, I think the easiest way is to request the most recent data from the municipality or to do manual counting in the field. And you have to count for each lane and each direction (straight ahead, turn left, right, etc.).
In other words, if we do not provide accurate data to SUMO, it cannot deduce it for us. Hope this can help you.
