Hello everybody . I have to retrieve for each simulation step the wanting
time of each vehicle on each road.
1. Do I use <getAccumulatedWaitingTime > or < getWaintingTime >
2. Want to Know how sumo compute the accumulated wanting time.
3. What is the meaning of < -- wainting-time-memory > in <sumo > command
options ?
