The intermodal routing algorithm requires all stops along the route to be
known at loading time. It is therefore incompatible with using rerouters.
I recommend defining your schedule using route attributes 'repeat' and
'cycleTime' instead. Please refer to the updated description at
https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/Simulation/Public_Transport.html#public_transport_schedules
