Version 1.2 introduced vehicle bending if the guiClass is "truck/trailer". However, this seems to be purely cosmetics for sumo-gui, with no effect on the reported/logged vehicle orientation (vehicle front)
<http://sumo-user-mailing-list.90755.n8.nabble.com/file/t249/sumo-trailerwithguishape-cornering.png> Is there a way to actually access this more realistic cornering behavior for long vehicles with internal joints (via TraCI or logfiles)? Ideas: * Can i access the position/orientation of the gui-shape truck via TraCI? * Simulate just the truck in SUMO, and somehow configure a "rear safety gap" with the size of the trailer? * Simulate the trailer as an invidivual vehicle that thightly follows the truck? -- Sent from: http://sumo-user-mailing-list.90755.n8.nabble.com/ _______________________________________________ sumo-user mailing list [email protected] To unsubscribe from this list, visit https://www.eclipse.org/mailman/listinfo/sumo-user
