Lane ids are made up of <EDGE_ID>_<INTEGER_INDEX> where <EDGE_ID> is an arbitrary alphanumeric value (that could also be a negative integer) and <INTEGER_INDEX> is non-negative. See also https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/Networks/Import/OpenStreetMap.html#relationship_between_osm_ids_and_sumo-ids
