Hello, I was wondering how Sigma affects the vehicle speed. The description says 'the driver imperfection'. Does this refer to the speed variation from the desired speed? Does it act as another multiplier to the speed? If so, how does it interact with other speed parameters (SpeedFactor, speedDev, etc.)?
