By default, if the vehicle is visible in sumo-gui it should also be included in the fcd-output. Note, that it is possible to configure only a portion of the vehicles to generate this output ( https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/Simulation/Output/FCDOutput.html#restricting_the_set_of_vehicles_that_generate_output )
