Here is the content of dua file:

Error: File '1/..\0\addition.XML' is not accessible (No such file or
directory).
Error: File '1/dump_000_900.xml' is not accessible (No such file or
directory).
Quitting (on error).
Does that mean I should put each addition file in each iteration
folder, manually?
Right now the additional file is in the same directory as
the duaIterate.py, input_net.net.XML, and input_flows.flows.XML.
