Hi Ali,
at the end of https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/XMLValidation.html
<https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/XMLValidation.html>
(https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/XMLValidation.html#disabling_schema_validation
<https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/XMLValidation.html#disabling_schema_validation>)
the option is clearly written.
In your mail the path to sumo and SUMO_HOME do not match ("Files (86)"
is written with and without blank).
You can try a in cmd window
dir %SUMO_HOME%\data\xsd
it should list about 50 xsd files.

Hi Harald,
According to
https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/FAQ.html#what_causes_error_unable_to_resolve_hostaddress_sumodlrde
<https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/FAQ.html#what_causes_error_unable_to_resolve_hostaddress_sumodlrde>
and https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/XMLValidation.html
<https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/XMLValidation.html>, I checked the sumo path
as follows:
sumo path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Eclipse\Sumo\bin
SUMO_HOME value: C:\Program Files(x86)\Eclipse\Sumo
My internet connection works properly, too. So, do I still have to
disable XML validation?
In this case, what should be written at the beginning and end of the
--XML-validation command?
Regards,
Ali
