The standard IDM model has no imperfection parameter. A new IDM variant
with more parameters is slated for inclusion (
https://sumo.dlr.de/2020/SUMO2020_paper_28.pdf)
Until then, you can also use the driver state device to introduce
imperfection in following-speeds: https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/Driver_State.html
