I am very new to Sumo. I am still trying to learn and digest. I see documentation here ( https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/Simulation/Traffic_Lights.html ). It talks about how to configure a traffic signal.
However, I could not find how traffic lights and vehicles interact. Your pointer to code or documentation will be highly appreciated.
