Hello, the latest release (1.9.0) only provides tools for building a vehicular scenario from traffic counts. https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/Demand/Routes_from_Observation_Points.html However, in the very latest development version, the routeSampler tool supports option --pedestrians to achieve your aim. You could simply replace your version with this one: https://github.com/eclipse/sumo/blob/master/tools/routeSampler.py
