Normally, it should not cause the error. But, your routes will not be calibrated as well, since trips have no chances to choose other route alternatives for the given origins and destinations. Since I do not have your route file, I suppose that the error has raised possibly due to absent exit-time information, which can be obtained by using duarouter/duaIterate.py as I mentioned in my previous email this morning.
