Teleports / jamming can have many causes. See https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/FAQ.html#the_simulation_has_lots_of_jamsdeadlocks_what_can_i_do Routesampler is able to generate traffic that follows a time-profile (i.e. hourly counts) if the input data defines multiple time intervals. Or is this about more fine grained timing profiles?
