Can you open https://sumo.dlr.de/docs ? How about https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/Definition_of_Vehicles%2C_Vehicle_Types%2C_and_Routes.html Even a google search for "sumo stops" should bring you to this page and you can find the section "stop" in the outline on the left.
