The tool is located in sumo\tools\output and will provide the 24h vehicle
count by type (among other values)
You need make sure that sumo is running with option --tripinfo-output  and
that the simulation is finished before you try to process the ttripinfo
file with tripInfoByType.py  (it doesn't matter whether you simulate with
sumo or sumo-gui).
