If you are using NEMA type of controller, you should be able to output the
signal light state history by setting whetherOutputState parameter to
“true”. If you need the record to be at every 0.1 sec frequency, just set
the simulation resolution to be 0.1 sec by using the --step-length <TIME>
option.
