time 21571s vehicle 6 waits at busStop_DeltaLoop26_1_5 for 100 sec (headway)
time 21571s vehicle 5 waits at busStop_DeltaLoop26_1_5 for 100 sec (headway)

in maintainHeadway you should exclude this special situation: both buses
are at the same busStop and waits for each other.
Only the second one should wait

Could that be the issue for why its jamming on my end. Also, I
usually run it in sumo gui to make sure the simulation isn't
visually acting in the wrong manner.

I am currently in the middle of simulating a specific

image below keeps staying at the current bus stop at around
the 22400 sec mark of the simulation. Is there any reason
why this may be occurring? I wasn't having this issue when I
simulated previous scenarios with larger buses. Why would
this be occurring with smaller sized buses?
