I don't think putting Q/A by keyword on a webpage is very useful. Keyword
search in a corpus of text is handled quite well by search engines.
We might as well put up links to google searches such as
https://www.google.com/search?q=speed+site%3Ahttps%3A%2F%2Fwww.eclipse.org%2Flists%2Fsumo-user%2F
or in more easily readable terms, advise the user to search google for
"speed site:https://www.eclipse.org/lists/sumo-user/";

If you can think of a way to find clusters of similar Q/As that aren't
answered by a single link into the documentation, that could be useful.
Such clusters would suggest that the documentation is incomplete in that
area and should be extended.
I have no idea how to find those clusters but I guess it has quite a bit to
do with https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Computational_linguistics
