I suppose the flow is so huge that the segment reaches the capacity even if we could insert the vehicle this is potentially causing the collision to take place. Let me know if my understanding is incorrect here.

When the flow supplied is small it performs well with the exceptions that I receive warnings however when the flow is increased say doubled collisions begin to take place due to unavailability of headways I suppose.
