- run sumo-gui -n osm.net.xml -a converted.poly.xml and check whether the
taz shapes look as expected
- Try prefixing your command with 'python'  (or the full path to the python
executable).  Sometimes the file associations are broken and do not pass
the arguments to the python interpreter when calling the tool directly
(only ever observed this on some windows machines thus far)
