Thank you very much for reporting this. There was a bug in the xml-file validation with regard to the format of the time values ( https://github.com/eclipse/sumo/issues/11554) Any one of the following will fix the problem on your end: - update the 'sumo/data/xsd/datamode_file.xsd' file to this version: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/eclipse/sumo/main/data/xsd/datamode_file.xsd - change the 'end' time values to seconds (i.e. 3600) - disable xml-validation https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/FAQ.html#whats_the_deal_with_schema_resolution_warnings_xsd_errors
