By default, inductionloops have zero length and only a car at a time can occupy it. If you set the length attribute, then multiple cars may occupy the inductionloop and the occupancies above 100% reflect this. Occupancy above 100% may also happen with zeo-length loops in sublane simulation with multiple vehicles driving in parallel on the same lane. The documentation now reflects this.
