Hi,

In my simulation using TraCI, an action is taken, the simulation moves a 
timestep forward and collisions are detected.

TraCI however does not seem to be picking up on every collision but the GUI 
does. For example in the logs attached, I printed the collision objects every 
time one was detected by TraCI. It checks after every step. As you can see, the 
GUI picks up on the final rl_3 collision but TraCI doesn't. This only seems to 
happen when I reduces the min gap factor to 0.

What is the reason behind this and how can it be fixed?
