there are two places where you can set the probability: - in the rerouter element: probability below 1 means a vehicle might ignore the alternatives and stay on the road to wait for an occupied parkingArea to free up (potentially blocking the road for a very long time) - in the parkingAreaReroute element: the probability values of all alternative are only taken into account if the vehicle defines parking.probability.weight > 0 (default is 0)
