Dear Emanuel,
you should be able include every command line parameter to sumo in a
sumocfg file. Just execute sumo -c run.sumocfg
*--emission-output**emissions*.xml --save-configuration run.sumocfg to
update your sumocfg file. It will create an "emission-output" tag with
the given value.
