I'm working on a project that involves combining centralized and distributed traffic routing ,
During distributed traffic routing , vehicles are assumed to be able to communicate with each other . My problem statement is to enhance the routing algorithm during decentralized mode . I'm new to SUMO and I looked at the tutorials but they are overwhelming and I'm not able to decide which took I should use for this - and how TraCi figures into this if at all it does . Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
