Hi,
the tool to use is probably
http://www.sumo-sim.org/trac.wsgi/browser/trunk/sumo/tools/bin/traceExporter.py.
As far as I can tell from the code it does not support Qualnet, but
maybe one of the existing outputs is similar enough or you can use the
existing code as an inspiration to add a Qualnet exporter yourself. If
you do so please contribute your changes back!
