I am new to SUMO and I have been having problems with making this tutorial
work correctly. I have installed all the SUMO components to my knowledge
but I am getting an error when I attempt to execute
the runner.py file for the tutorial.
I get the following error:

sys.path.append(os.path.join(os.path.dirname(__file__), '..', '..',

NameError: name '__file__' is not defined
I have experience with python but it did not deal with the system and OS as
this program does. Thus, I am not sure if this is a problem in python or
with my SUMO set-up.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
