Hello, if you prepare your simulation to match a real-world situation and then run the simulation for 10 minutes of simulation time, you can use the simulation state as a prediction of the 10-minute future. Your success with this approach greatly depends on the accuracy with which you can represent the real-world situation (number of vehicles and their parameters, roads and connections, traffic lights etc). Variable traffic signs (speed, alternative route signage) are already implemented in SUMO. regards, Jakob
