Hi

I'm experimenting with a multi-agent reinforcement learning algorithm,
and I wanted to know if it's possible to program traffic lights, with
SUMO?

A look at the website's instructions
(http://sumo-sim.org/userdoc/Simulation/Traffic_Lights.html#Loading_new_TLS-Programs)
seems to suggest that one can only load new definitions for traffic
lights, and switch between a few using WAUT or TraCI. Is it possible for
each traffic light to be handled using my own learning algorithm? If so,
how?

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
