Hello, I am sorry but at the moment there are no emergency vehicles implemented into Sumo. First research studies about emergency vehicles you can find here: http://www.ectri.org/YRS11/Documents/Final%20website/Session%205/YRS11_Session5_BiekerDLR.pdf
But this research was more about a strategy to improve the routes for emergency vehicles. If you work more on this field please let me know.
