I tried to run "hello" tutorial's runner.py 

And it says 

"Please declare environment variable 'SUMO_HOME' as the root directory of your 
sumo installation (it should contain folders 'bin' , 'tools' and 'docs') . 

I'm new to Linux and I have not much of a clue how to go about this. Please 
help. 

I'm using Fedora 19 , 64 bit .
