Hello, if the code is already in python, I recommend that you use the python-TraCI client to control the traffic lights in the simulation. You can define the current signal state of any traffic light or even set whole phase cycles (see http://sumo-sim.org/wiki/Tutorials/TraCI4Traffic_Lights). regards, Jakob
