Hi Peizhao, the simulation loaded 252007 vehicles but was only able to put 75578 into the simulation (because of an early end time or because the insertion edge was too full). By the end of the simulation there were still 4356 vehicles in the network and 20 waiting for insertion.
To receive the full TAPAS cologne dataset one has to contribute something significant either in code or data to SUMO.
