To frame the question correctly .
I need to analyse number of cars passing through a junction having traffic signal in a given time of simulation. For this I intend to slowly increase the number of vehicles within the simulation time (from 1-1000 say) . If I want to generate routes randomly using python , how do I control the number of cars entering a lane each simulation time step ?
