Hi,

I wanted to check my assumptions about traffic lights and lanes before I code
too much.

Basically, for a vehicles current route, I want to find out what traffic lights
it would encounter, distance to that light, and then time to arrive at it.
Based on this, an institution will direct cars to speed up or slow down, based
on the likely light state at arrival.

Im assuming, that a lane can only have a traffic light at its end, so if I
extract what lanes are controlled by a given light, then I have enough info (as
i should be ok to find distance of route to that point)

Does that sound right? Or can lights exist elsewhere? Or something else wrong
with the concept?

Thanks!
